So, after giving this a try, I have found that there is a MAJOR design flaw. The C clamp does not hold it in place while using. It just doesn’t. It pretends as though it wants to, but doesn’t come through. The rollers roll crooked so you can’t get a straight roll and things get jammed in the corners of said rollers. The handle to turn it, fell out every 10 cranks or so and the rollers didn’t seem to have any way of rolling out the dough properly. I give it 2 stars and not 1 because after struggling with it for over an hour, and having my wife hold it while I cranked it, I made pretty good pasta. I won’t use it again…ever.
