*Update* leaving the original review below because the machine really didn't work for me, but almost immediately after leaving my review, I received a message from customer service asking if I wanted a refund and to give it another chance. I decided to roll out my own pasta (18 minutes to form the dough and completely roll it out), then used their ravioli wheel to cut the strips and tried making some ravioli. The sheets didn't slide to the edges like when trying the pasta rolling, but the ravioli didn't come out like in the picture. I've included a pic of what mine looked like. All in all I still don't think the machine is worth the effort considering I know how to do it without, but I do have to admit they stand by their product and provide great customer service. For that I've raised the review by 1 star.*Original*I'm torn on this because I don't know if I should return it or just leave a bad review. I'll start off by saying I know how to make my own fresh pasta, roll it out and cut it. It takes me maybe a half hour to form the dough, roll it out and cut it. Thought this might make it faster but in the end, was fighting with the machine to work properly. Dough kept sliding down the edge of the roller to bunch up at the edge. Seems like you need 2 people, 1 to hold and crank and 1 to pull the dough out after. I spent well over an hour just trying to get it to work and I actually gave up after the 1st quadrant of dough and cooked dried pasta. The cutter worked well, not that it's hard to do the manual way, but I would like to try out the ravioli part which is why I'm torn about returning it. Perhaps I'll roll it out myself then feed that through the ravioli maker. All in all, if you want to make fresh pasta, don't get this machine because it didn't make it easier in my opinion.
