It works, but I have to say I'm disappointed with it. It makes it clear that you should NEVER get it wet (not even a damp cloth) so it can't really be cleaned properly. It squeaks horribly both from the handle as well as from the rollers in the machine. Worst of all is that the handle continually falls out, and turning it also tends to get in the way of where your hand needs to be to properly work the past through. What happened CHEFLY? I couldn’t wait to use my new pasta maker. Sourdough pasta fermented for 30 days and bam……. The wiper catches my dough. As I backed it out here comes the wiper. Why?This may have been a return that was repackaged. I see remnants of the blue protective plastic which was missing. This could use a better handle too. I have never made homemade noodles before and always wante. And I always wanted to try a pasta maker so I figured I would start small. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a pasta maker. Well maybe I should of spent a little more. It works like it should but the hand crank does not stay on and the machine does not stay put on the counter. If I had to recommend it to someone I would say no.

The first time I tried to use the machine, it seemed broken - like the parts were jumbled inside. The crank would not turn on the first three settings, even when no pasta was being fed through. The handle kept falling apart (not just the part where it attaches to the machine, but the handle itself). And, the pasta cutter barely fit on the machine base. The whole thing was far from enjoyable to use when it should have been a fun way to make pasta.

Just received this tonight, and was excited to try it out right away! Started to assemble, and that went pretty well. I have made two types of pasta with this so far, and they both turned out well enough, but not without challenges. The more I use this, the less the clamp feature stays tight enough. My husband ended up having to hold it in place as it just wouldn't stay tight enough. I tried it clamped to my counter, then my table, and finally my breakfast counter. I'm possibly going to have to bolt it to a small table permanently if I want it to stay still while I make my pasta.Cleaning is another issue as it

It is a great size, easy to use and very fun, but it barely cut the raviolis out! I had to go back with a knife to cut them all the way out. It also did mini ravioli which wasn’t bad I just expected them to be bigger, overall still good though

One of the best decisions I ever made was to buy this. I was kinda wary since there was no reviews for this product but I could not be happier. I’ve already made homemade pasta for pierogies. I love how easy

Asked my hubby for this for Mother's Day and it was wildly easy to use! My only complaint is the handle falls out easily between passes. But once I realized that I adjusted my technique a bit and it all works just fine.

not a very smooth crank. Ravioli maker is tiny about the size of a postage stamp. Didn’t work for the size of a small meatball to put in my soup!

Pasta roller breaks immediately upon use. Does not roll pasta through the rollers without them getting stuck and stoping. Handel falls out consistently cause there is no locking mechanism for it. Pasta can barley get pushed through. Handle grib came broken.

The ravioli attachment makes very small ravioli, which means that it’s difficult to fill them adequately. The maker itself got very squeaky after two uses, and getting the dough to the correct consistency for the spaghetti attachment took longer than felt necessary.

Good product seems like it will hold up. Two things I don't like are the size of the ravioli's that it makes, have to be very careful what you put in the middle. Also the handle seems to come out too easy when rolling pasta. Other than that it works fine.

This is our first time making pasta so it could be our fault. The dough needs to be firm enough to go through the machine without sticking, but soft enough that you don’t break the machine. We found it hard to strike that balance. There are metal shavings piling up under the machine. The handle skips. We took it apart and fixed it. It’s limping along and still works but we will probably toss it when we are done.

This pasta roller is not built well enough to be used more than a couple times before the gears start to break and it becomes an environmental waste.I would not buy this if you intend to use it more than once!Pay more for something made with quality parts.

Just when one thinks customer service is dead, one comes across a company like this and one's faith is restored! I accidently ordered the pasta maker without the ravioli attachment. I contacted the company straight away. The ravioli maker was on back-order because of supple problems relative to COVID-19. But they offered to send me not only the ravioli maker (when in stock) but they said they would send me an entirely new pasta maker as well! And they would do this without any additional cost…

Worked great the first few times but then the thickness dial broke and the rollers can’t be adjusted. Also when I got it, the pieces on the spaghetti cutter that prevent the spaghetti from getting bunched up in the roller were installed backwards. Doesn’t seem like the rollers can be fixed so I guess I’ll be trying a new brand.

Followed instructions to a T even after growing up making pasta with the family. I didn't even get through 2 dough balls before it busted. Yes I had it on the widest level and my dough balls were kept small. Since the knobb busted the roller that is attached to it is no longer on straight and rolls wonky. So back to the old school way and do it all by hand. Not pleased
