What happened CHEFLY? I couldn’t wait to use my new pasta maker. Sourdough pasta fermented for 30 days and bam……. The wiper catches my dough. As I backed it out here comes the wiper. Why?This may have been a return that was repackaged. I see remnants of the blue protective plastic which was missing. This could use a better handle too. (Possibly rubber and magnetic so it does not slip out mid turn fall to the ground and break.Final review…….I do not return items that received good reviews. However I feel my hope in this product could be lost.Sorry CHEFLY
