I was able to easily make uniform pasta with this. This was the first pasta maker I’ve used and it’s fairly easy to use and assemble. It has 2 main settings plus a smoothing one to flatten out the dough. The only problem I had was that the handle falls out easily if you aren’t paying attention. I also had trouble with the dough getting stuck in the sides, but that may have been user error. All-in-all though, it does what it’s supposed to.

It works but just not great and is a bit disappointing. The clamp doesn't hold it firmly to the counter/tabletop, it feels a little flimsy, and sometimes it seems to slip gears. If your intent is to make raviolis then steer clear of this one. Upon use it immediately broke, An inside piece fell out and the machine eats what ever is on the rollers causing it to get stuck in the inside and when you go to clean it the edges are so sharp it will cut your fingers.screws where loose and the handle to crank it is way to long on the insidereturning immediatelygets a one star because you can not submit with out one

It worked ok the first time I used it, it slipped a little bit but nothing major. I followed the instructions and started with the thicker settings and ran through each o e a few times before I moved down to the next setting. The second time I used it it started slipping more and more on every setting. Half way through it just stopped turning the wheel at all.

We just got our CHEFLY Pasta & Ravioli set and it's beautiful. I came quickly and we couldn't wait to start using it.I suspect that we will be using it more for making dumplings than noodles, but I see that as a bonus.Excellent purchase well worth the price.

I made a fantastic pasta dish this evening for dinner utilizing this machine. Turned out wonderfully. Took a bit to learn how to coordinate everything but then was quite efficient. My counter is too deep to use the provided clamp so that was a bit awkward. If I had a clamp that fit my counter it would be perfect.

After 5 uses, the gears stripped when set on setting 1, the thickest setting. Went to a restaurant supply store in town and bought a professional model. Invest in a better model.

Love it there is absolutely nothing I dislike. Made homemade noodles yesterday and they turned out beautifully. I highly recommend this product.

Product is good at flattening out your homemade pasta which is better than store bought. Pasta cutting is a bit of a challenge though and the ravioli maker, which is what I got it for specifically, makes ravioli's the size of a thumbnail. You would be better off using a hand cutting device so you can have a nicely filled ravioli.

This is my first pasta maker. And while I am a newbie has some flaws that I don’t think are my fault. Mostly it is really hard to turn the crank. Only on a couple settings though. The other settings it turns just fine so I know it can’t be me. Other than that though it really is a nice pasta maker very good for a starter one.

This is my first pasta maker and for a beginner, I found it very easy to use. It clamps to the counter and remains in place. The one drawback I have is that it is difficult to clean. I had to use a toothpick to get into some of the crevices. As I only rolled a sheet, I do not yet know how the attachments work.

1. Needs to be anchored to a station. It wouldn’t anchor to our counter unfortunately. Might work in a different area?2. Needs to be cleaned with a basic dough, no submerging it under water or washing it with soap.3. Don’t push on it or force thick dough through it- the metal will bend. Always feed rolled dough through it.4. It’s on the smaller side.5. Please ensure you are feeding small amounts of filler through the ravioli part. Or you get broken noodles.

received pastamaker and it’s a durable and you can tell made with quality as previous pasta maker I had was very flimsy. My daughter and I were so excited to use it and made whole wheat flour strong pasta. It took us 2 times to get the hang of it but loved how the flour went through and after having it go through only 2 times, it came out perfect! Previous pasta maker was difficult to turn and required a lot more times to go through to get it to be thin! Cannot wait to use it again next week!

So, after giving this a try, I have found that there is a MAJOR design flaw. The C clamp does not hold it in place while using. It just doesn’t. It pretends as though it wants to, but doesn’t come through. The rollers roll crooked so you can’t get a straight roll and things get jammed in the corners of said rollers. This pasta maker seemed like a good value with the ravioli maker included. With any type of machine, you must use it as instructed and according to your recipe. This includes the dough being properly floured or you will make a mess and it will be tougher to clean. So far it's doing it's job, but I haven't had it for too long.

The quality is poor. I bought it in October 2019 and used it about once a month till July 2020 when the dial knob is broken. I bought this item mainly to make filled ravioli. But product requirement is not to wash this part but rather to use brush and dry cloth. Do you imaginehow to clean in that way meat remains? Or even wet vegetables. I thing such cleaning instruction endanger owner's health.
