The quality is poor. I bought it in October 2019 and used it about once a month till July 2020 when the dial knob is broken. So, I would say you can use it less than 10 times.Update: I give it one more star because of the good after-sale services. Contacted the customer services who replied within 24 hours. It seems they did not understand how the machine works because they send me the user manual and instructions about how to make the dough not stiff or soft. However, the broken knob is not caused by misuse, but because the dial knob does not turn the rollers. The dial knob is used to adjust the thickness levels by changing the gap between the two rollers. In other words, the dial knob is like a lock that locks the two rollers in place, while it is the crank (attached to the opposite side of the dial knob) that is used to turn the two rollers so that the dough can be moved and pressed by the two rollers. So, the broken dial knob has nothing to do with the stiffness of the dough or the roller/crank. I explained to the customer services that the dial knob is like the lock of the door, while the rollers and the crank are the hinges. When the lock is broken, the door can still open and close, but it just cannot be locked.
