First time making pasta from scratch
I made a fantastic pasta dish this evening for dinner utilizing this machine. Turned out wonderfully. Took a bit to learn how to coordinate everything but then was quite efficient. My counter is too deep to use the provided clamp so that was a bit awkward. If I had a clamp that fit my counter it would be perfect.
