They have been very helpful and made working with them the easiest transaction I've ever had with any customer service. Very much appreciated!I had gotten this as a present for my husband. I think the pasta maker might have arrived defective because the first time we used it, the handle kept getting stuck and wouldn't turn properly and the rollers that push the pasta through are uneven. When we tried to roll the pasta through parts of it would come out thin and other parts would be thick. The rollers weren't pressing the pasta out evenly and this was happening on all the setting numbers. We tried cleaning it thinking maybe there was dough that dried up and got jammed but even after cleaning, we were having the same issues. It's a shame because we were so excited to try out this product too
