Good Beginner Machine
This is my first pasta maker and for a beginner, I found it very easy to use. It clamps to the counter and remains in place. The one drawback I have is that it is difficult to clean. I had to use a toothpick to get into some of the crevices. As I only rolled a sheet, I do not yet know how the attachments work.

- The machine may require frequent cleaning during the process
