Just when one thinks customer service is dead, one comes across a company like this and one's faith is restored! I accidently ordered the pasta maker without the ravioli attachment. I contacted the company straight away. The ravioli maker was on back-order because of supple problems relative to COVID-19. But they offered to send me not only the ravioli maker (when in stock) but they said they would send me an entirely new pasta maker as well! And they would do this without any additional cost! So I used the first pasta maker while waiting for the second pasta maker with ravioli attachment. I have made fresh pasta several times and this machine is just perfect! My pasta must be good because I even get compliments from Italian folks. I can't wait to try the ravioli attachment! Thank you Chefly and than you Jasmine!
