The customer engagement software has helped us increase interaction between our clients and prospects. With this system we have been able to identify how people interact as well as what products or services interest them most. We haven't experienced any downsides yet therefore everything looks good from my point of view. I highly recommend working with this team because their staff are very professional, helpful and easy to work with. We've seen great results in terms of sales revenue and client satisfaction. It's now easier for me to track all interactions that take place in my organization. I like how easy it was for my team members (especially new ones) to use this tool as we had no prior knowledge of using such tools or platforms! We were able to improve customer engagement through the website and app itself in terms of conversion rates from signup into signing up. It also made communication between us much more efficient than having emails sent back and forth daily about business activities/changes etc.
