I wouldn't say it's a terrible product. But the first use out of the box didn't convince me at all. I have a few plays on my current ball and have cleaned it with this stuff. Actually, I didn't get much of it. The cleaning cloth was still fairly clean. What I really noticed is that it smells like weak breath. I know that LOTS of cheap cleaners are simply recycled and diluted with Windex solutions. I suspect this one is no exception. For adding tac after cleaning. It's a little slippery after trying it out, like it hasn't been completely removed or cleaned yet. But it was on beads, so we'll see how it fares next time we get to the lanes. I will keep using it and see. But I feel like I just paid too much for a small bottle of Windex right now. Update: This is basically a repackaged Windex. Either just use a bottle of Windex for a cheaper one, or buy an actual cleaner. I will not buy again. I used a real cleanser on my boyfriend and it's a total difference. Like I said if I'm desperate I'll just go with Windex, not buy that crap.
