Not enough parts to work properly but easy to fix
The brackets themselves are solid and worth buying. The included screws work well for the side rail brackets, but the headboard and footboard brackets are too short and just not long enough to grip and/or hold the bed together. So I strongly recommend doing EXACTLY what I did. I replaced the longer headboard screws as well as the footboard brackets and all is good now. However, remember that otherwise your bed will become unstable and could easily fall apart on you or even with you in it.
