Review on Boost Your Performance with Core Weightlifting Shoes for Powerlifting and Deadlifting! by Joe Jimenez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect for my needs so far.

I'm a powerlifter with very long hips and a short torso, so I have a hard time squatting. Tried out my new shoes yesterday and was able to make depth and balance much easier. (Heel lifting shortens the hips and lengthens the calf to make it easier to squat more vertically and lower) But only at 60% of your maximum back load. I'm excited to see what happens on Max Day. After reading the reviews, I increased it by half to a 7.5. I usually wear 6.5 inch dress shoes and 7 inch athletic shoes. And it fits perfectly! Pulls on well with easily adjustable laces and a velcro closure, but not too short so your toes don't crunch on the top or side. The shoes are very hard-wearing, the heel "does not give in".
