Many times in my life I have thrown away and repurchased plastic bristle combs because the base of the brush became clogged with debris. Kaylee Melissa mentioned this product in her 2020 hairbrush video and I got curious so I gave it a try. It works fantastic! My wet brush was pretty gross after two years of daily use, even using my fingers to remove hair after three uses. This rake pulled out all the hair and dirt at the end of the stubble. The brush looks like new again. I bought one for my best friend who has a completely different hair texture than mine and has had the same great experience cleaning her plastic bristle brushes with this product. This is one of those rare cases where a product seems useless and seemingly unnecessary, but actually works and is needed in life. I would give 10 stars for that.
