Review on POWERTEC 17201 Double Swivel Caster by Sean Purnomo

Very impressive rollers at a great price. I use it on a 13" planing stand and it rolls and maneuvers with no problem, even in my cracked concrete garage. Most importantly, the locks really lock the wheels and don't move. I checked out HF and all of them on one of their reels allowed you to "lock" the wheel and still spin it by hand. That's just not acceptable for a power tool cart, the last thing I want is for my planer cart to run off and skip boards. There were some reels in big stores that came close to the quality of these Powertechs, but they cost twice as much. I will not hesitate to buy them in the future.
