I put the unopened box on the equipment shelf and left it there for a while. When I opened the box I noticed that the ALFA sticker on it had previously been peeled off (see attached photo). I thought maybe I accidentally received the product in an open box, which happens (it shouldn't happen). I'm usually satisfied as long as the product works. SPOILERS: It doesn't work. However, upon opening the box, I found that not only was it an opened box and used, it was also physically broken! The serial number label/warranty label on the back is pierced to expose the mounting screw, indicating this product has been disassembled. When examining the plastic seams from the side, traces of a forced dismantling tool are found. When plugging in the USB cable, it oscillates almost 30 degrees. I finally plugged in the device and the power light is off and nothing shows up in Device Manager. I've also tried a Mac and a Linux computer and it's completely dead. Don't let yourself be put in this situation. 1. Do not select DBROTH as the seller for any of your items. 2. Check your packages immediately upon arrival.
