At first glance, the item appears to have arrived open, as if it had already been sent back. One end of the box was already open (the part where the tongue sliders are is completely ripped off, like someone eagerly ripped them apart), and the instructions are dented and even have a few small patches of glue. I could have left that out if the soundbar had worked. It's not like this. The soundbar reports that it's in Bluetooth or Line mode, but that's about it. The actual communication line doesn't seem to be working and I'm not getting any sound from my TV. I understand that I chose a cheap product, but it should still work. And it is not acceptable to receive a returned, defective, opened and/or repaired product after being led to believe that it is a brand new item.
