I have a number of them to play and work from home on A-list films as a visual effects artist. They don't have the color depth of much more expensive monitors, and I do notice some banding when looking at subtle monochrome gradations. I could have gotten better color for something more with a much lower refresh rate, but I wanted to play on the same monitors, so it was a great compromise (I couldn't up the resolution either, due to the VPN I'm on). . I've also settled on several comparable ASUS models because I have an ASUS Mobo and G card and thought they would all work well together. I didn't have any of the sleep issues that some other people have mentioned. Fair warning, they claim to be factory calibrated, but mine needed to be calibrated when they arrived (which was no surprise, I usually have to recalibrate monitors simply by switching computers). But they are perfectly calibrated and have been fantastic for me. I was so happy with them and saved so much I bought another one for a friend of mine who also needed a monitor upgrade!
