I love this headband. It has a foam strip that goes across my forehead and really keeps sweat from getting in my eyes. The foam also prevents the headband from slipping off. I have a major problem with my training bands slipping backwards, but this one didn't move at all during the bike ride. The only reason I'm taking the star away is because I had a HUGE dent in my forehead when I took it off. from foam tape. It's about the width of a pencil and five or six inches long. Maybe I can't have it all (blocks sweat, doesn't slip, doesn't leave weird marks on my face), but of course the foam could be a bit thinner, or maybe the edges of the foam could be tapered or something. this kind. Because the huge line down the middle of my forehead means I can't take this thing off until I get home and see no one, whereas I usually prefer to take the bandage off as soon as I leave the gym. I don't like it when the sweat sticks to my skin like that.
