Adjustable, but not 100%

This tie-on headband with sweat-wicking plastic cap is pretty good and washes about 80% of sweat before it gets in my eyes, but some of it still comes through. The big advantage of the drawstring version is that it is adjustable. Unfortunately sometimes the knot gets into the helmet and hurts a bit on the back of the head, but that's fixable.

Karate Kid: Accessories

I am a big fan of the product and I love the concept but the design of the product leaves room for improvement. I use it about 3 times a week and had to replace it after a year because the anti-drip rubber coating has become detached (peeled) from the fabric. I recommend a gentle hand wash. I know it works well because every time I forget to use it while running, water drips off me and wipes my face.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I will add later

I really liked that it kept the sweat off my face - I spent an hour on the elliptical and was always sweating profusely. Contact with eyes causes indentation on head for several hours. It's good that I'm working from home these days because I'm sure I'll get looks or even questions for it! See attached photo. Again, the good news is that this works well, but the bad news is that you really should be able to get by with the line on your head for hours!

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Quality

Finally a stylish headband for those who sweat HEAVYLY

I sweat LOTS when I run and I have regular headbands (which get soaked up quickly so it still drips in my eyes) and GUTR (which has done a great job to tried to keep the sweat off my face but looked really stupid). This headband essentially functioned as a combination of both. It's more stylish than a regular headband and much larger than GUTR, but it uses a similar technique to GUTR to wick sweat from the forehead to the sides. It's also very easy to wash in the sink after each run and I love…

Net positive but doesn't work miracles

Works well to a point although I'm not sure if it actually gets much sweat out of my eyes - it's the dead of winter and I prefer it don't sweat so much. Something is still penetrating and dripping into my eyes, and the improvement may be a function of absorption more than anything else. If I really wanted to know, I would compare A/B directly to a good old association. In fact, once this one starts to wear out, I'll probably do it before spending another $15 on something I'm not sure will…

Hasn't let me down yet

I have been running in this headband every day since I started running during self isolation. I used it many years ago and it has never let me down, I just bought a new one because the yellow stripe was peeling off. Pros: - yellow stripe - really keeps sweat from getting in my eyes - absorbency - lets me forget how much I'm sweating until I get home and it's soaked - tie closure - stays in place, makes me feel like I'm martial arts art Cons: - the yellow stripe comes off after many washes - I…

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

I love this headband. It has a foam strip that goes across my forehead and really keeps sweat from getting in my eyes. The foam also prevents the headband from slipping off. I have a major problem with my training bands slipping backwards, but this one didn't move at all during the bike ride. The only reason I'm taking the star away is because I had a HUGE dent in my forehead when I took it off. from foam tape. It's about the width of a pencil and five or six inches long. Maybe I can't have it…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • boring packaging

If I could give 10 stars I would. Don't think, just buy!

This amazing product is exactly what I was looking for. I ride about 30km each way. Before I got this headband, my eyes were constantly sweating and my bike glasses clouded up because the Florida sun is a bear. Since getting this I have had no problems with sweat in my eyes or on my glasses. Surprisingly, it runs down my face as it absorbs everything it can but never gets in my eyes. Today I went for a walk and forgot to put a bandage on my head. To be honest it was the worst trip in years. My…
