The good news is that it works well. The bad news is that a stripe remains on the head for several hours afterwards!

I really liked that it kept the sweat off my face - I spent an hour on the elliptical and was always sweating profusely. Contact with eyes causes indentation on head for several hours. It's good that I'm working from home these days because I'm sure I'll get looks or even questions for it! See attached photo. Again, the good news is that this works well, but the bad news is that you really should be able to get by with the line on your head for hours!
