Wrong shoes and size difference.
When I opened the package I was surprised to see that the pair of shoes I bought did not even remotely resemble the pair I had ordered. However, it gets better. Not only the ordered shoes were wrong. But they didn't even fit! One shoe was a size 2 and the other a size 3.
