Considering it's about 10% the cost of a premium ring flash, that's quite a bit of what you get. Mounting rings are cheap plastic and difficult to fit into one of my lenses. If you're shooting at 77mm you won't be able to screw this attachment all the way to the lens or the ring flash will just pop off. The option to set the flash is also practically non-existent. It may not be compatible with my Canon 6D Mark II, but I didn't notice any difference when adjusting the power. Although the left and right flashes worked fine. Overall, there's not enough room for customization, and the overall quality leaves a lot to be desired. If you just want to use it as a video light, it will get the job done.
