Oh, if you remember the filing cabinet in the library, it will take you back to when you saw those stools all over the library that gave access to higher shelves. The stool is so comfortable. Being a "vertical caller" I need a stool to get to the top shelf in the linen closet or the top shelf in the kitchen and it's the best tool I can use to hang rods and curtains. The spin and stop action is great, and it's big enough to add enough height to get into those hard-to-reach spots. Then I just roll it into a corner behind one of the French doors in the dining room and it's out of sight. Comes out of the box ready to use, what could be simpler!
