Not too hard, get lots of compliments on it. It's a bit heavy, it's a bunch of leather, but I want my bags to last. The concealed carry area seems fairly easy to manipulate with my .380. For example, a zippered divider pocket in the middle of the main pocket, plus other small pockets and another zippered area on the back. The opening on the outside back of the bag, outside the CC pocket, fits my phone perfectly, allowing me to keep important items close to my body. The strap is ideal for carrying on the shoulder, will not snag depending on how much dirt is in it. The bag is stiff enough that it doesn't warp or deform when put down like I've had with other bags.
