Review on Imperial Premium Intake Built PAT 4W by Ashwin Patel
If you are looking for 4 inch HRV louver, this is your best choice.
I have used them as a fresh air supply for a 4" duct heat recovery fan. It is unobtrusive in the home and easy to install, I wish they were made with a built in tilt BUT after much searching it is, like asking for a unicorn.
