LONG DELIVERY: This is probably only from this seller, but the product did not work for more than 30 seconds. I bought this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he was pleased but disappointed that it didn't work. I bought it on December 6th and it didn't arrive until midday on Christmas Day. 19 whole days? Other items I ordered the same day were delivered to me within 3-5 days. PRODUCT: We charged it for a full day and found the map starting to seethe. I thought it was probably the way it was supposed to be and it would probably get smaller, but when we turned it off and checked the alarm it beeped once and then seemed to just shut off completely. We tried the alarm again and it stopped working. We plugged it back in and then the card recharged and we found the item was faulty and only works when plugged in. The product is intended to be worn. SALESMAN: First of all, the Revain people don't have time to go. in most cases, to the store to buy goods, and it is troublesome to pack and return goods. I notified the seller of the replacement product a month after Christmas and it was out of stock by that time. I just wanted to exchange and be done with it instead of going through a BS return via a specific location, package or whatever. But I was told I would only get a refund (a huge waste of Christmas time and time I didn't want to waste buying online) and I would have to buy it through someone else. Excellent. It should be as easy as buying online and saving a work item, that's it. We lost the card at our house because it didn't work, it must have been in the trash so we couldn't find this item to return until recently. We were told it was too late and we couldn't return it. After realizing it wasn't working I didn't care where I left it and lost it. The seller didn't mention how long it took for me to send it back and didn't mention how to do a return to make it as easy as possible as we had the issue of having to send it back. RETURN: Shouldn't the return be on things that actually WORK that you just changed your mind about, rather than things that didn't work at all? I basically spent over $31 to get scammed without even being able to use the product. So for me this item was not easy to use, accuracy was poor, battery life was WORST. Now I have to wait a long time to contact Amazon to get a refund for a defective item through them and maybe they will tell you how to send it back. The seller recently sent me a message telling me to go to an Amazon returns center to return it and find the address, but when I did he said to contact the seller, which I did.
