The customer service team is very helpful and friendly. They are not pushy and will help you get the right product for you. I have used their services twice now because I've seen other people using them and am glad that I did. It's amazing how a little tweak in a branding can make a big difference. The name of the company we were working with was already taken by another organization. The process for getting this resolved with their staff took over a year. While waiting for them to make an executive decision, they suggested we go with theirs and had us do a rebranding which included a new logo and website design.
