I love these collars!
I don't usually come back to leave a review but the support I just got confirmed it! We've had these collars for 3 months now and we love them! My dogs are loud and they really put up with it. The elastic element that holds the "flap" down has lost its elasticity only on the pink flap, which is why it is constantly weakening and falling off. I contacted the company for a replacement and they sent us a brand new collar. Amazing customer service! We will continue to buy these collars when they need replacing!
