I have to say I was sold at first sight these glasses are just perfect for "I need read-only" glasses that also block blue at the same time. I have two pairs, one with magnification (1.5) for the iPad as I use it a lot in the evenings and a plain glass pair for watching TV. I've only had them for about a week, but I feel better immediately when I can sleep before bed. I didn't know anything about the process until I complained recently and a friend who uses them religiously said to try, I did and apart from sometimes forgetting to put them on, they work and look great.
