I've had a lot of computer gaming mice over the years. From the legendary m500 to the original g9, g9x, deathadders and mambas. I've used them in every genre imaginable: FPS, RTS, MOBA, 4X, Grand Strat, etc. They all pale in comparison to the G900 and my G903. At first I had a G900. I have several gaming PCs. A few months later I had to buy a second one for my downstairs computer because I couldn't bring myself to use Deathadder anymore. Everything about this mouse is superior to anything I've used in the past. The ergonomics are great. It fits perfectly in my relatively large hands. I use a true claw grip with neither of my palms touching the mouse. It moves incredibly smoothly. The weight distribution is perfect. It's not a feather. I prefer some weight in my mouse. There are those who prefer the stylus and for that I would recommend a truly wired version. The laser is unparalleled. Collect everything without hesitation. I usually run it at 2000 dpi and it's like butter. The only thing I can point out is the software, which isn't exceptional. This is technically optional, but you need it to configure your mouse settings. That's average. I have a powerful rig so I don't worry too much about the resources it consumes, but that may be an issue for some. I'm a big fan of this mouse. I recommend it to my family whenever I'm asked about a new mouse. You will be happy with that.
