This is our first projector. Are you doing tons of research? Check. Do you have a specific budget and price range in mind? Check. Is this projector worth it? OMG, yes it's worth it. You can see the pictures yourself. Pictures from iPhone and playing 4k YouTube videos with my Xbox. Please note that these were taken during the day with little room lighting. The darker it gets, the more amazing the experience. Unpack, set up, remove the lens cap, connect the HDMI source, turn on the power and adjust the lens left or right to get the right focus. So far we've used Roku and Xbox through this projector. I played Apex Legends on it with my Xbox and wow, amazing. No delay. Played just like my 4k TV. It's great to watch a movie on it. I played a full NFL game from YouTube on it and it's amazing! This will definitely see use in the NFL season and the Super Bowl (fingers crossed there's a season). Spread the word about the crazy Super Bowl party with this thing! I bought a TaoTronics Bluetooth 5.0 transmitter and receiver ($29.99), plugged it into the projector's 3.5mm audio out, and paired it with my Bluetooth soundbar across the room. Ease. Our living room and bedroom walls viewed with this projector are white and the image in the selection is on the specified wall(s). At 10-11 feet from the wall, we get an image approximately 7 1/2 feet x 4 1/2 feet on the wall. The further back you go, the bigger it gets. We had it at 12 feet with no loss of image or color. Unbelievable. Incidentally, these images were captured with no color adjustments or internal projector adjustments. Right out of the box, simply rotate the lens to focus and sit back for an amazing experience. In this review I will not talk about high technology and who needs it. Let's not make it too complicated. To us, this projector was more than worth the money spent, and the incredible value and experience it adds to our lives for entertainment purposes far exceeds our expectations.
