This product has great features for call recording, dialing, and management of calls for our customers. The interface is easy to navigate and understand. In addition, this product is very affordable and can be used by small businesses without any issues. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product. It does what it is supposed to do and is priced reasonably. We use this product primarily for customer service purposes. It is very convenient to use, makes it easy to record calls and send them to voicemail for future reference. I like that mcube has many features to help us keep our business running smoothly, such as call recording for customer support, voicemails, etc. It's easy to setup new clients with their system. The only thing about mcube that could be improved is having more customization options in terms of colors or font sizes. We are solving all our communication problems by using this software. This way we can easily contact customers via email instead of calling them directly which saves time and money.
