I bought this as a collar to wear at home with her censor bowl, since her big brother try’s to eat her food. I dislike how all collars make her neck have this rolls action happen. It makes her appear fat, and I just can’t have that for my little girl! Who is definitely not fat!It doesn’t do the rolls and it doesn’t come off randomly. Doesn’t make her itch or anything. The only thing I find annoying is that is loop that you put the loose end through at the end never stays in it and goes to the other side (as shown in the picture). It’s cute and works for what I bought it for.
