I have bought two of these devices. The first was purchased in May 2019 and used to play audio files. It worked when I bought a second similar device from AGPtek for video playback. The second was immediately returned for the reasons given below. The first one stopped working after 6 months, the AGPtek website says all of their products come with a one year warranty. I emailed them on October 31st to ask about their warranty. On November 1st, AGPtek requested proof of purchase, which I provided the same day. That's the last I heard from AGPtek. I've been tracking November 7th, 13th, 19th and December 19th and asked about the status of a replay. We are grateful for every answer. NOTHING from AGPtek. Their website also says their service is their honor. I will not buy anything else from AGPtek again. A device has failed after 6 months and there is no warranty service. The second does not play the video as advertised. (End of update) Player 2 has returned. I have a 2TB external NTFS hard drive full of MP4 H264 movie files over 4GB. The player does not recognize any folders or files on the hard drive. I copied the movie 3GB and 9GB to the SD card. The player failed to play a 9GB file; it was playing a 3GB movie. It may be able to play non-MP4 files larger than 4GB. but I don't want to burn the entire movie library. I have a similar model from the same company for playing music files and it works fine. Update: Large MP4 H264 movies will not play, they will play when repackaged to MKV on an NTFS drive.

Pros

Cons
