UPDATE: 11/19/20 One night the speaker was charged and the next morning I went to bed, the speaker didn't turn on. I was told to press the reset button but there was nothing in the hole. The speaker no longer runs on battery power, even if it shows a full battery. I checked the USB cables with my USB meter and it showed that it drew 9mah and then went to 0mah in a second. Plug it in a few times and it turns on but doesn't stay on when USB power is off. SHAME After dealing with Tivoo failed. Decided to take the block apart. Turns out the board doesn't have lithium ion cell protection so the battery was dead and unrecoverable. KEEP IN MIND! IF THE LITHIUM-ION VOLTAGE DROPS BELOW 2.5V, IT CANNOT BE REUSED! AND IF YOU ATTEMPT TO CHARGE IT RESULT IN FIRE OR EXPLOSION!
