Review on AEM 28-20395 DryFlow Air Filter: Enhancing Air Quality and Performance by Patrick Locke

Well I am very pleased with the performance of the AEM Dry Flow Air Cleaner. I had a good quality Wix air filter in my 2015 Taurus SHO that had basically 72,000 miles on it. I wanted something less restrictive, but I didn't want to spend more than $300 on a cold air intake. I tune the AEM on Sunday afternoon, reset the trip computer and I'm averaging 25.2-25.3mpg, about 85% highway/15% city, and throttle response is vastly improved (still some turbo lag, but not by much terrible). I would recommend it to all Ecoboost owners looking for more power without spending more. By the way, I average almost 500 miles on a standard 19 gallon fuel tank.
