Bought this because a previous reviewer said it was good for watersports. I'm going to try kayaking today. Cross binding on the back allows you to adjust the size as you like. It pushes you up without pushing you out, and the removable padded cups offer great support. I am 32C/34B and ordered a small one. If you want to cover the front a bit more, you can probably take the middle one and tie the crosshair tighter at the back. The retail price on the label was $59.99, so it's a good deal.
