No good installation instructions included. We have a 'decorative medallion' in the ceiling of our dining room and when we removed the old fixture we found it difficult to install. It was even more difficult because the electrical box wasn't exactly centered and we couldn't move the medallion without ruining the ceiling. After a few hours, my husband was finally able to pick it up. We then spent another 90 minutes installing the crystals. After that, the lamp is slightly curved due to the way it is attached to the ceiling. It's really nice and we're going to try and figure out how to straighten it out because it's a bit misaligned and not that noticeable except to us!
