I like Wet n' Wild products, but I'm not a fan of them. I have to say that I bought it as a kind of sealant when I paint over some sparse areas on my eyebrows. It's quite thick no matter how hard I wipe the excess off the mascara brush. It turns white like glue. And because it's so thick, I have to fiddle with it to thin it out, which in turn smudges my brow pencil and defeats the whole purpose. It *made* dry clear. However, it was almost drying out, too soft and didn't hold my brows in place after a few hours. That's not for me. Yes it was cheap and I think you get what you pay for. I ordered a different brand/type of brow sealer. What I actually used was hairspray. A little spray on my finger and applying it to my brows set them (and the pencil!) in place for about eight hours. But I really want to use something made for eyebrows. This may work for some people, it didn't work for me.
