Review on Miele Blizzard CX1 HomeCare Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaner in Autumn Red by Darlene Malone

In November 2019 I bought a Miele Blizzard CX1 HomeCare bagless vacuum to replace the Dyson upright vacuum I had for 15 years. I was blown away by how quiet it was, and the SEB-236 Powerhead picked up carpet dust and pet hair that Dyson had missed. The Parquet Twister XL did not meet my expectations. It was difficult to maneuver under low furniture and lacked suction power: after a few weeks I replaced it with a smaller parquet twister and was much happier with its performance: However, cleaning under furniture is also difficult. I had some problems working on a ladder as the canister is a bit big: it actually tipped over and the suction hose connector where it connects to the canister broke slightly but still works. Haven't found a replacement part yet and am hoping it's easy to order and replace as I'm a few hours from the nearest dealer. All in all, this is an amazing and reliable vacuum cleaner. Just buy a smaller Parquet Twister if you have a lot of parquet or laminate; you will be much happier.
