I wish I could have continued shopping

1. My electric brush has stopped working. Got a replacement fairly quickly but the electric brush won't snap into place so I have to make sure I lean it against something to keep it from falling on the floor. I had to pay UPS to pick up the first one, so I guess I'll have to live with the second. I have a steady income and I can't carry boxes up and down stairs. As a German, it's sad to see cheap craftsmanship.

Pros
  • Vacuum cleaners and floor care
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Suction power leaves a lot to be desired for a $1148

vacuum. . Unfortunately, the suction power leaves a lot to be desired even at maximum power. And that's why I'm giving it 3 stars at most. It's Miele so I hope it lasts a while. Mine came with an electric brush or whatever it is called (for carpets) and another pad for wood floors. Honestly, I wish the suction power was a lot better than it is. Mine doesn't have a return window so I can't return it, other than that I can honestly tell you I was disappointed when I experienced the suction power…

Great vacuum with just one problem

In November 2019 I bought a Miele Blizzard CX1 HomeCare bagless vacuum to replace the Dyson upright vacuum I had for 15 years. I was blown away by how quiet it was, and the SEB-236 Powerhead picked up carpet dust and pet hair that Dyson had missed. The Parquet Twister XL did not meet my expectations. It was difficult to maneuver under low furniture and lacked suction power: after a few weeks I replaced it with a smaller parquet twister and was much happier with its performance: However…
