I wish I could say it was a great experience but it wasn't. The phone came with a deep scratch on the screen which was very noticeable. If it was just a superficial scratch I could probably live with the fact that this is a refurbished phone. It's deep enough that I can hang my finger on it as I move across the screen. Tried to come back for a sub but they were asked to jump through the hoops. The seller asked for "many photos" of the packaging etc. Said we had to file a claim with the carrier (shipper) and they had no other solution. The ratings for this seller seem pretty good overall so I feel I made an exception when it comes to the quality of the phone I received. That being said, with the warranty you see at the bottom of the page, believe me if you have an issue it's not that easy to just return the phone. You'll have to work hard to get a replacement, if you can get one at all. I'm still waiting.
