This chair was packed well and easy to assemble. I like the adjustable arm rest and how I am now level with desk. Two things keep it from being 5 star - 1.) Does not roll well. I have a very low pile throw rug on hardwood floor and it takes an effort to move. 2.) the seat is not as comfortable as I would like. In all fairness, I've never had nylon mesh chair before. It is tough to buy chairs on line without sitting in first. I think I would prefer a cushion. I threw a blanket over it, which seems to help.Chair feels sturdy. not sure on longevity.Bottom line: Glad I upgraded and would recommend
