Review on Servicexpert by Craig Shah

I like that it has many different options for creating reports such of time cards/invoices etc..

It's good because we have been able use this in our office but also work remotely with clients using zoom calls & video conferencing! This isn't much dislike at all i'm not sure if they are considering adding more features? Maybe an option so when your remote client doesn’t know how too type their password into any programs maybe give them ability just logon then click "password reset" button?? Not really anything else right now!! We've got some problems getting out invoicing system working 100% correct which makes managing accounts easy however sometimes its hard tracking down payments from people who don'T pay there bills correctly. Plus Zoom call support could be better since most times my account manager cant see me typing away even though shes sitting next door lol! Its great tho once everything works.
