I've had this product for about 5-6 weeks. Works perfectly as far as I can tell. My neighbor was jealous that I got one and was upset that he made it the old fashioned way and mine came out of the box. Definitely recommend this product! I've heard a lot of bad things about them, but so far I'm satisfied. Been here on the Colorado plains in cold weather. To update! 12-16 I really liked this product for the first two months. It seems that the convenience of the product comes from the downside that it lacks durability. It's been a cold few days here in Colorado, but definitely nothing crazy. -15 was the coldest day in a month. It's currently 16. Today it's 40 up and the hose is frozen. Followed all the instructions exactly and it's just a freaky frozen hose. I'm definitely disappointed in this product, especially at the $110 price tag. My neighbors did some not-so-fancy DIY jobs that didn't cause him any trouble. Lesson learned. I would not recommend this product. Went against numerous warnings from people that it was short lived and it seems they were right. Some parks don't allow handcrafted versions, so what's the alternative? For those lucky enough please let me know, I love water!
