What's good: When the adapter works, the HDMI output works fine. That's why I bought it in the first place. Cons: * Try as I might, I couldn't find a pass-through charging adapter for the iPad (I have a Mini). Adapter for the "connection" to the iPad. Plug in the HDMI first, then the iPad, then cross your fingers for the iPad to actually show the adapter as a screen mirroring option. Unknown: I haven't tried using the USB port and tbqh I wouldn't try.
