The razor works fine when it works but two of my razors have died so far. The first lasted about 5 months. I shave about 15 minutes a day every day and I've really enjoyed it. However, one day it just stopped working. It would not turn on, charge, or start the cleaning process. I called support and they asked me to send it in for service. It was nice to only ship the razor and I was pleasantly surprised to receive what appeared to be brand new packaging instead of a 'solid' razor. However, the "new" received less than two weeks before the same fate befell him. My guess is that they use very weak or even defective batteries in these products, so one day they just stopped working without any sign. that something is going wrong. This is unacceptable for something that costs so much and should be for regular use. I wish I had gone with the competition - instead I didn't get stuck trying to get them to substitute the razor a second time and hope for a spell the third time.
