Big! while it worked. we sent the wrong power supply
They sent us the wrong power supply and after several uses that worked perfectly the device exploded. If we look at the specifications above, we can see that a 13V 4.5A charger is required. They sent us a 20V 3.4A charger. The charging board has completely burned out and we cannot find a replacement online. The charger was always dangling in the plug and looked used. We should have questioned it, but we never did. Can anyone else confirm the charger received? Can we get a replacement charger board?
